(New York): Avon, (1966). First Edition. 12mo. MMPB. Very good plus with some light edgewear and toning to covers. Faint indentation to fore-edge. Pages toned. Else sharp and sound. (Item ID: 22834)

Early mass market paperback original by noted poet Fanny Howe, a pulp romance novel set among nurses in Vietnam. Written under a pseudonym derived from her then-husband's name (Delafield), Howe published three 'nurse novels' with Avon before her first poetry collection would appear in 1970. Scarce.
