Los Angeles: Martin Lawrence Limited Editions, 1992. First Edition. Square 4to. Original color pictorial wraps. Some rubbing, wear. The gallery copy, with their stickers marking which pieces sold. Very good. 36pp. (Item ID: 22280)

Gallery copy of this uncommon exhibition catalogue from the noted graffiti artist featuring, as you might guess, his pop-inspired portraits of comic book superheroes. CRASH was one of the earliest subway writers, and one of the first to make the transition from the streets to the gallery. He curated the ground-breaking 1980 graffiti show at Stefan Eins' gallery, Fashion Moda. Includes an essay by Elizabeth Hess, as well as a list of exhibitions and a selected bibliography.
