Price: $500.00

Barnet, Herts, UK: Homosap Inc., 1964. First Edition. 4to. Mimeographed self-wraps stapled at top edge. Near fine. Front cover and first leaf stained, with small rectangle cut out of bottom-right of front cover (all as issued). Old folds from mailing. Else clean and sound throughout. Very good or better. [12]pp including covers. (Item ID: 22122)

Particularly delirious and beautiful issue of Nuttall's mimeo magazine. With two pieces by Burroughs: "Extracts from Letter to Homosap" and "Personals Special to the Moving Times," the latter included in a second "magazine" appended to the issue titled THE MOVING TIMES. Also features poetry contributions by Allen Ginsberg, Robert Creeley, and others, with Nuttall's unmistakable illustrations scattered throughout. A bizarre and lovely production. One of the pinnacles of the mimeo form. Nuttal has written about MY OWN MAG: "My intention was to make a paper exhibition in words, pages, spaces, holes, edges, and images which drew people in and forced a violent involvement with the unalterable facts." [Maynard & Miles C101 and C102]. [Clay & Phillips 287].
