Buffalo, NY; Antrim, NH; Bolin: Duncan McNaughton, 1970-1975. First Edition. 4to. Saddle-stapled (one stitched) pictorial wraps. Very good. Touches of foxing, moderate edgewear, and/or light soil to all issues. Rear cover of No. 5 detached. Interiors all largely clean, unmarred throughout. (Item ID: 21586)

A gorgeous publication. Edited and published by poet Duncan McNaughton, who went on to found the Poetics program at the New College of California ñ where poets David Meltzer, Diane Di Prima and Robert Duncan were on the faculty. FATHAR is an uncommonly attractive mimeo, printed on variously colored pastel stock, and featuring contributions throughout its run from a variety of prominent poets, such as O'Hara, Berrigan, Raworth, Baraka, Sanders, Creeley, Olson, Duncan, Dorn, Saroyan, and McNaughton himself. [Clay and Phillips, p. 274]
