Campaign broadside for one of two Ohio gubernatorial races Myers Y. Cooper ran in, the second of which he won, serving from 1929-1931. Presents a Lincoln-style Republican message of allyship with Blacks, emphasizing that the party's leaders are "committed to the policy that all men are created free and equal."
