Pamphlet published by Gov. George Wallace's presidential campaign during the 1964 primaries. Criticies the Civil Rights Act, at the time still a Bill, from a segregationist and states-rights perspective; the bill would be signed into law by President Johnson on July 2nd. Wallace ran as a Democrat in the primaries, losing to Johnson by seven points.
