First English translation of this collection of Mexican-Revolution-themed stories by the influential author ñ cited as an influence by Gabriel Garcia Marquez†ñ which was originally published in 1953 as EL LLANO EN LLAMAS. Rulfo's body of work consists only of this collection and the 1955 novel PEDRO PARAMO. Scarce, with only twelve copies found in OCLC.
