Penland, NC: The Jargon Society, 1969. First Edition. Small 4to. Plain, black perfect-bound wraps, in a white pictorial dust jacket, and additional orange plastic jacket. A very good copy. Small tear at one edge of plastic jacket. Printed jacket shows a bit of curling around edges, as do wraps, and mild trace toning/soil. Internally clean, bright, and sharp throughout. Unpaginated. (Item ID: 20891)

Very charming edition from Jonathan Williams' press, collecting fables by poet Russell Edson with simple black drawings by Johnson.
