New York: The Floating Bear, 1966. First Edition. 4to. Eight leaves. Originally side-stapled, but staples missing. Good condition, and complete. Aside from staples' absence about very good plus, with light toning, trivial creases, several tiny tears at edges. Else clean throughout. [16] pp. including front cover. (Item ID: 20474)

Late issue of this seminal publication of the Mimeo Revolution, one of the most influential little magazines of the 1960s. Distributed by mailing list, FB served as an important venue for the poets of the Beat and New York schools, as well as other experimental writers of the decade. Contributors to this issue include Michael McClure, Allen Ginsberg, Sheri Martinelli, and Clive Matson. [Clay and Phillips pp. 74-75]. [Anderson and Kinzie 699-700].
