Text by Ehrlich, excerpted from her booklength work SOCIALISM, ANARCHISM & FEMINISM (Research Group One, 1977). The Spectacular Times pocketbook first published 1981, and the present reprint published 1992. Issued as the seventh in a series of zine-like books by the British situationist Larry Law. Ehrlich's text concerns the usage of situationist theory from a radical feminist perspective; e.g., "[t]he value of Situationism for an anarchist feminist is that [it] combines a socialist awareness of the primacy of capitalist oppression with an anarchist emphasis upon transforming the whole of public and private life." [Ford 275].
