New York: Harper and Brothers, [1952]. Very good in a very good-minus jacket. 8vo. Two toned cloth covered boards. Red cloth over spine, boards in a textured, gray cloth. Gilt lettering to spine. In original printed dust jacket. Unclipped. Jacket edgeworn, with a tape repair and open tear to upper spine end. One small puncture through paper at spine. Upper book corners lightly bumped, spine ends with a tiny bit of shelf wear. A handful of pages around the 240-250pp. mark with tiny corner folds. Otherwise sound, clean, and unmarked. (Item ID: 14915)

A later printing of the scarce, original edition (date code "B-B" to lower end of copyright page, indicating a printing date of February 1952) of this classic book on value investing, Warren Buffett has called it "by far the best book on investing ever written," and Graham expands and substantially revises the theories and approaches he proposed in his earlier SECURITY ANALYSIS (1934). A handsome example of this landmark work.
