The Dutch Kabouters were a 1970s anarchist offshoot of the Provos. With their strong environmental focus they prefigured the Green Party. This scarce offprint from ROOTS magazine features a 1971 interview with founder Roel Van Dyn and reprints the group's manifesto. OCLC finds just two locations.
