Terms of Sale

Payment by check or money order (please make out to "Brian Cassidy"). VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal (books@briancassidy.net) also accepted. All books subject to prior sale. New customers are asked to prepay. Libraries, institutions, and established customers and dealers may request invoice. Reciprocal courtesies the trade. Books may be returned for any reason within thirty days of receipt, through prior arrangement, and in original condition. Unless books are not as described, however, all postage to be paid by buyer. Maryland residents must add 6% sales tax. 

Shipping Terms

We pride ourselves on our packaging. All books are carefully packed to help insure safe arrival in condition sent. We ship most packages via USPS and include delivery confirmation at no additional charge. Most orders are shipped within two business days. Shipping is $3.99 for the first book and $1.50 for each additional book, domestic media mail. Priority USPS shipping is $6.99 for the first book and $2.50 for each additional book. Oversized books and sets may require additional postage. UPS and Fed-Ex services are available on request and will be billed at cost, unless account number is provided. International shipping for most books to most locations is $14.99, but will be calculated precisely after your order is placed.

From title page: "With the assistants of Gerard Malanga [crossed out], Stephen Shore, Paul Morrisey, Ondine, Nico, Christopher Serf, Alan Rinzler, Gerald Harrison, Akihito Shirakawa and particularly David Paul. Several photographs by Nat Finklestein. Factory fotos by Billy Name." 4to. Cloth-backed boards with holographic cover. A practically near-fine example of this notoriously fragile production. Boards are bright and sharp, with only trace rubbing and a couple of small abrasions to front cover. Pages clean. Main faults are typical: balloon perished with attendant offsetting and adhesion of surrounding pages, as in all copies; some staring to one signature, but still intact; lacking uncommon original plastic sleeve. Else all remaining elements present and functional. All pop-ups work, including the accordion (which retains its squeak!). Interview disk still attached and in fine condition. Dodecahedron unfolded with string still attached and original rubber band still present. "Chelsea Girls" disk still attached to original spring. Easily very good or better; uncommonly complete. Side-stapled 4to. mimeo with silk-screened covers designed by Andy Warhol. 36 x 22.5 cm. Unpaginated. This copy SIGNED by Berrigan, Denby, Wieners, Frank O'Hara, Gerard Malanga, and Andy Warhol on the colophon. One of an unknown but tiny (one source suggests "a half-dozen or so," but suspect higher) number of such specially-signed copies. In addition, six poems contain small corrections in Denby's hand, and one poem is revised by both Denby and Berrigan (with Denby correcting Berrigan's correction). Generally fine. An unknown hand (probably Berrigan's) has noted ìSignedî in the upper right-hand corner of the front cover. Trace wear to edges.
